A band of perforated metal makes up each ring of the Ellery Ring Chandelier, with a diffuser set inside it so the integrated LED shows through the perforations as well as from the inner face. A small rectangular block in a contrasting tone sits on each ring where the cables meet it, the one solid detail on an otherwise open form, and it is what gives the black version its brass-toned accent.
Four configurations are offered. A single ring comes 23.6 or 31.4 inches across; the two-ring version hangs the 23.6-inch ring beneath the 31.4-inch one; the three-ring version adds a 19.6-inch ring below both, each level smaller than the one above. A single ring suits a round dining table or a bedroom, while the stacked versions want a double-height living room where the tiers can be read from the side.
The rings are aluminum with acrylic diffusers, sold in black with brass-toned blocks or in an all-over gold finish. The LED is integrated, so there are no bulbs to replace, and the cables adjust up to 3.9 feet. It hardwires to a standard ceiling box; dimming and sloped-ceiling mounting are available on request.
