ORHAVN operates this online store through Shopify. These Terms of Service govern access to the website, its content, and products and services available through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies posted on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Account and order information must be current, complete, and accurate.

You are responsible for protecting your password and account access. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

2. Use of the store

You may use the store for lawful personal and noncommercial purposes. We may refuse service, cancel an order, or suspend access when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or a violation of these terms.

3. Products and store information

We make reasonable efforts to describe product dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and normal manufacturing variation can affect appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product without notice.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or limit an order, including an order affected by pricing, inventory, or payment errors. An order is accepted after we confirm it and successfully process payment.

Review the order before submitting it. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We cannot cancel an order after processing begins. Purchases are for personal or household use and may not be made for unauthorized resale.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees may be added at checkout. By submitting payment details, you authorize ORHAVN and its payment providers to charge the total shown for the order.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery times are estimates and carrier delays can occur. The Shipping Policy explains destinations, delivery estimates, charges, and tracking. The Refund Policy controls returns, exchanges, and refunds.

6. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, images, logos, designs, code, and page layouts on the store belong to ORHAVN or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive activity. You may not infringe intellectual property, impersonate another person, submit false information, transmit malware or spam, scrape the store without permission, or interfere with its security or operation.

8. Third party services and links

The store may use tools or link to websites operated by other companies. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. ORHAVN is not responsible for third party content, availability, or conduct.

9. Errors and service availability

Store information may occasionally contain errors involving descriptions, prices, inventory, promotions, or delivery estimates. We may correct an error or cancel an affected order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or systems operated by payment providers, carriers, or other companies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ORHAVN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products purchased through it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order related to that claim. 12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Colorado will hear disputes unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.

We may update these terms when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The version posted here applies from its stated update date. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
