Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. They may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other options enabled for your device and location.

Billing information and payment processing

Provide complete and accurate billing information. Payment providers process transactions through encrypted connections and operate under their own security and PCI DSS obligations. ORHAVN does not store complete payment card numbers.

By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping. We may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, appears unauthorized, or fails to process.

Currency

Store prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees when an account uses another currency. ORHAVN does not control those fees.

Order confirmation and receipts

After payment is approved, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. A shipping confirmation will follow after dispatch. Contact support if you need a business invoice.

Refunds and payment questions

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Refund Policy. Email support@orhavn.com if you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment was processed incorrectly.
