Orders and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Standard shipping usually takes 8 to 12 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

We currently ship to street addresses in the continental United States. Shipping charges depend on the order subtotal and selected service. The final amount is shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Eligible unused items may be returned within 90 days after delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers pay return shipping for approved returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return resulted from our error. There is no restocking fee.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
